Foreign Parents Bring Adpoted Chinese Children to Beijing for Summer Camp

The launch ceremony of the 2015 Summer Camp for Foreign Families with Adopted Chinese Childrenkicked off in Beijing on July 9, with 54 families from 5 countries participating in the event.
The families consisted of 68 adopted Chinese children and 79 adults from the United States, Canada, Australia, Netherlands, and Spain.
All the camp members will tour around Beijing's historical and cultural sites and learn local customs.
The adopted Chinese children will also have a chance to communicate with local students of the same age.
The camp is the twelfth in line since the event was first launched by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and China Overseas Exchange Association in 2004.
